I wonder who got to this judge? No matter the circumstances no person should assault a policeman carrying out his duties. I find this judges decision of not guilty because of meeting the standards of justification inconveniencing. Maybe if I assaulted a police officer I can say I was justified in doing so because he interfered in my going home or going to see my mother at an old age home. Or, a policeman stops my car, prevents me from going any further because he suspects I have been drinking. I can just assault the police officer because to my understanding i think i am just fine and then get in the car and go home.
