Yo, former fussy eater here. Like I wouldn't touch pasta, burgers or pizza even. Basically just 1 type of veg, a couple types of meat and then snacks. I'm now at a point where I'd still be considered on the fussier side but not to a point where it's even noticeable really anymore. One of the most important parts is letting yourself not like the better (healthier) food and eating it anyway. Genuinely, it can take forever, but eventually you don't care and even eventuallyier after that, you might start to appreciate the different tastes. I might recommend trying sauces from different cuisines and seeing how it mingles with more familiar stuff? Starting with the sauces from an area of the world before moving on to actual food from there was helpful. Anyway the one big difference I could always notice after eating a healthy meal for the first time in a while was how energised I would feel without any of the bloating. Even just having a piece of fruit in the morning can be so surprising at how it makes you feel. And remember, if you fail once or twice or however many times, you'll still have a healthier body than you did the day before even if only by a little, and just pick it back up from where you are cos where you are is the only place you can start from! Isn't the "express Lane" for overtaking? In the UK the lane furthest right (in America this would be furthest left), which I assume is the express Lane, is exclusively for overtaking, and if someone comes up behind you you move back over to let them by. The speed limit still applies but it is what it is, you can't overtake on the left (right in the US), and if they're going to speed they can't move any further over, there aren't any more lanes for them to overtake you in.

I'm not at that point in the video but an express lane is normally a section of highway similar to a HOV lane with different restrictions which you can sometimes pay to bypass. You can also only enter and exit the express lane at certain times(when there is no solid line). I don't believe you should use a express or HOV lane as a passing lane, we already have that, it's called the furthest left lane there's just too many morons driving in that lane for 38 miles doing 2 mph over the speed limit.
