Because Levi is no longer being manufactured here what would have been unimportant detail, now gave it an even more powerful nastalgic vibe. This movie is definitely High on my list of all-time favourites and I find this collection absolutely thrilling. I'm so sorry that you had to go through so much BS. It seems the days that serious and loyal customers simply do not get the treatment that they deserve anymore. Holy shit dude! 😲😲 To me those jackets are the holy Grail. I live in Santa Cruz where the filmed the movie. I even remember when they had the boardwalk closed off during filming when I was younger.I am so jealous I would have bought those in a heartbeat if I had the money for them. I can remember being up on the cliffs just hanging out watching the filming. That train trestle next to the boardwalk looked just like the one in the movie, but that was done on a sound stage.

I’ve met Alex Winter at Flashback Weekend Chicago in August 2022 & got an awesome Photo Op with him with the phone booth & Circle K backdrop for the photo along with my 3yr old granddaughter. He was so nice in person especially at his table! I also met Corey Feldman a month earlier at Fan Expo Chicago! Got his pro Photo Op & 2 autographs at his table, he’s definitely different & was peddling his record album of Corey Feldman & the Angels which I had to pass on not a fan of his singing lol.

My best friend and I went to see it in the theater 13 times! 😁 We knew the entire dialog by heart and would recite it along with the movie. When we would go in, we'd decide who we would be, like, OK I'll be Star, Laddie, Michael, etc.. Almost got us thrown out of the theater a couple of times! 😂🦇 Say hello to the night!! 🤘

My daughter went as Paul for Halloween last year, and we had the best time making her jacket from thrifted items. It turned out amazing!! I've been a fan (my #1 fave movie) since '87 and I introduced my daughter to it a few years ago, and now it's hers. This is the holy grail of collectables to me. You're one lucky guy!!

Sean, I must say you are a difficult customer in every aspect of difficult. I do remodeling for a living. Whenever I sense a difficult customer at an estimate, I immediately jack up my estimate times 5 from normal. If I don't get the job, I don't care. If I do get the job at least my grossly inflated estimate pays for all the headaches of dealing with a pain in the ass customer. I love you though man!

Keifer’s family on his Mothers side is from the Province of Saskatchewan in Canada. And His grandfather Tommy Douglas is a Canadian hero. He was a Baptist minister, who became a Family Doctor, who entered politics, “because he could do more good for more people”. Once he became the Premiere (Governor) of Saskatchewan he introduced Canadas Free Healthcare system, that we still follow today. And it’s just one of his great achievements. I’m glad he helped you…I would expect no less from a Saskatchewan descendant. ❤ Incidentally, Elon Musks Mother Maye, and Matt Groening’s father Homer, (The Simpsons, are also from Saskatchewan)

I actually gotta side with Propstore on this one, they are just ensuring a COA which could potentially defraud someone out of thousands of dollars is not in circulation, and imagine you are on the other end and don't know this person. They claim they failed to record, then send a bag of paper as proof. They are doing what is right, and following store policy and it is a bit entitled to expect them to go "because it is you, we can ignore a policy in place to protect innocent people" and risk getting penalized by management for ignoring policy, and being angry they are not comfortable doing so. If it were me, I would follow store policy as well. It sucks, but they are completely justified and did not come over and make the error on anyone's behalf. Just sayin' The person who made the mistake, is the person who should have to sort through the paper and solve it, not some innocent store employee following policy in place to protect people.

​@@fefferofhossen yeah, plus if you just shredded it or knew you had to provide proof, you'd think you'd either keep it separate or just find the bits on the top and go through them. Shouldn't be that hard to find the pieces with a hologram at minimum... and it wouldn't make sense to keep shredding stuff if you realized you hadn't recorded it being shredded.

My brother recently died from a tragic accident in April but we grew up on Lost Boys. He introduced it to me. Awesome video man. Definitely ballin with all that. Hope one day I can afford something like that. I damn near live like a lost boy that's for sure. Always asleep during the day. About to be bedtime for me. Waking up to darkness is a whole other feeling. The world is just more peaceful that way. Silence of the Night withers through my soul. Maybe things would change if I participated in society. If you knew you didn't record it straight away, why didn't you just scoop up the top layer and then do your best to piece it back together...pretty unreasonable to just empty the whole thing into a bag so the COA is mixed in with what looks to be dozens of other documents and then expect them to pick out all the pieces to confirm it is the document...this one's on you for not hitting that record button man.

Just came across this video randomly, and have to say I side with the store on this. You read it yourself, and mentioned it at least a couple times, that they said even just tearing it up would be good enough. And then even if you somehow forgot or made a "mistake" taking a video of you doing it, you could at least still have the document intact, but torn, and still recognizable. But no.........now all of a sudden you're telling them that they have to sift through 20 pounds of shredded material to find something that you "shredded". Plus, you said you realized right away....does this magic shredder somehow bury and sort things on it's own? Why wasn't the majority of it right there on top?? Sounds shady af......lol

it does.............who doesn't make sure the video is recording when dealing with a 120,000 dollar item XD It had a hologram on it, it would be right on top, a bunch of hologram peices you could put together and take a photo of. No reason at all to send anything in a bag that wasnt on top. Shouldn't have been shredded like that in the first place. Guess he's wanting to sell fake replicas of the items because he did some shady shit. They said he could just send the original back to them and be good. Why wouldn't he just do that and get the new ones. Trying to scam people, and we see right through it, sittin there exposing himself.

My wife and I had our first date going to see Lost Boys on opening night. Great time, great movie. When I met Corey Haim at Horrorhound Indy a few months before his death, he said he wished he had never done Lost Boys but never said why. Amazing video! What an awesome collection! The Lost Boys has always been one of my favorite films! I've been enjoying living in Santa Carla, I mean Santa Cruz, for the last 7 years. It's been a dream come true to live so near to so many of the movie's filming locations. I'd love to find some of the original props someday, and I'd actually love to purchase one of Star's outfits.😅

As fore shredded paperwork it shouldn't be down in that can unless it's been while and you shredded other papers over it since then.

My favorite article of clothing from The Lost Boys is definitely the skirt worn by "Star" ( Jamie Gertz) but I was SO happy to see Alex Winters jacket because that was my second favorite and one of the coolest costumes in my opinion.
