MrOak Thunderbolts did NOT exist in the 1800s and early 1900s, they went into production in 1952 and ended production in 1990.

I wish I knew what happened to the video of the sirens from the same city near a racetrack, but the siren nearby sounded absolutely possessed. It was making some truly awful noises, and the DTMF tones coming through were a lot more erratic than this one.

Whelen WS-3016s used to be a common choice for Nuclear Sirens. Now the ASC T-135 is the most common in my opinion. Also, is there a map of Turkey Points Sirens? Last thing, this siren was replaced with a Whelen WPS-4004.

That’s an issue with the signal transmission, not the siren. There was another video of this siren where it was literally playing windows error noises that it was getting from the radio... they need to fix the computers running the radio transmitters

@@enderpea5251 no, this is a live broadcast. You can tell because of the DMTF tone heard at 0:54, that would activate PA mode if it weren’t already activated on this siren

@@charlie_nolan Oh my gosh you're right! And also at 1:20 you can hear pulsing from their radio! I heard they replaced that siren. So either the corresponding receiver unit was stuck on that mode, or they replaced it without resolving the same problem and had the exact same issue happen to them. They basically probably did it for nothing! It makes me wonder if they had to fix the software on their computer transmitters and got frustrated when they realized they didn't need to replace this unit.
