Plastic with paint and see through when wet LOL😂. I remember City Guys I watched it when it was in syndication as the local NBC Wood TV in West Michigan station didn't air TNBC on Sat morning as they dropped it after Dec 31, 1994. WXMI Fox17 aired City Guys late night at 3AM so I taped it so I could watch it only reason they aired it was because Tribune owned the station at the time, otherwise Fox17 wouldn't have aired it.
