That's a coincedence someone else just wrote the same suggestion, I forgot about Disc Doctor, thanks I find it on Ebay and give it a try, thanks

I searched for Disc Doctor on Ebay and Amazon but I only found SkipDr I guess this a modern version of Disc Doctor, and the reviews I read where mixed so I wasn't convinced but I found a YT video explaining why using SkipDr isn't a good idea, so he shows another method using Car Polish/Scratch Repair and this is much more effective, it fills the scratches and allowing the disc to play, so now I'm convinced, so I have bought this polish called Novu 2 on Ebay for just £15.99 and some micro fibre cleaning cloth. I will let you know how it goes.
