I've lived here at County Line for 37 years. There was a Chumash village here at County Line called Alqilkowi 10,000 years ago. The beauty here is stunning. Thankful to live in this amazing place on earth. .

Venice Beach and Malibu used to be authentic beach towns with real beach people. Today, only the wealthy or Hollywood trendya and Yuppies live there....unless they stil have rent control. Venice was far more gritty and very Bohemian from the Hippies and artists like Jim Morrison. The Boardwalk was ruled by Dogtown skateboarders' bicycle tourists from all over the world. The sf Valley kids and more.
