Technically this Strat can very well reward the summoner crews. If those summoned models are not insignificant, after the turn they are summoned they are allowed to take the tokens from enemy models, as they are banned to interact with Strat markers only. Of course the generated Pass tokens might be a headache, but it might still be worth it. About the Strat marker placement, in Standard and Wedge Deployment there is not much to play with them. If you place all four as jammed as possible, it's already almost 23" wide, leaving only 13" to do some variation. In a diagonal setup you have 28" and that's a huge difference

I underestimated the ap tax so much when I first played this strat. You're spot on, though. I think this is the perfect strat for Mah Tucket^^.

been playing toni 2 for this strat all the time. you know where opponent is going and can move the bubble accordingly. plus toni 2 gives 3 extra interact AP

Stuff the Ballots, I underestimated how much interacting I would need to do at first

Probably stuff the ballots. Cloak and Dagger has some ways to play it differently plus your opponent is usually in the same boat. Stuff requires you to have a lot of models, and they need to fight over the boxes and vote. Its a lot to do!
