cosmic when pairing with roa build. Rylias with all the other builds basically. Its more complicated than that, but its not easy to explain depends on the situation and preferece.

because i get a lot out of aery this matchup, look early game im perma winning all the trades with aery scorch. I get inside ahri range a lot. When i bought torment i wasent behind at all at that point, wanted more dmg to dish out.
