Additionally, Precinct 38, Precinct 15B, and Paradise Precincts yet to developed, while we paid possession, utility and road category charges but unfortunately neither plots are developed nor handed over. I love Bahria, and waiting since long time for plot possession. But facts are fact, and still believe we will get our plots soon. Malik Sahib and Bahria management needs to focus thess issues on top priority as well as out of boundary plots prior to launch Bahria Dubai. Am sure Bahria management consider these issues and pay attention to improve their credibility. Believe me, we overseas not willing to invest any more in property in Pakistan.

Dubai mei protest nahi kernay degi UAE govt. Allow hi nahin hai. Dubai ki agar local koi dispute hai wo bhi relevant dept mei application den gai. normally application le ke rakh li jati hai agar builder dubai se paisay le ke bhag jaye usko persue nahi kiya jata. agar builder wahan mojood hai to karawayi ki jati hai. seedhi bat hai dubai pakistan nahi hai. wahan ke rules follow karen. wahan jo investors hain dubai unko nahi bhagaye ga. unki apni policy hai.
