Let it be noted that 'No stuns' meant that one of Malenia's advantages- her unique i-frames while stunned- was negated. Even then, she won against Maliketh. And before this is predicated on Scarlet Aeonia connecting, observe that she reduced Maliketh to 1/4ths health in her first phase. Furthermore, Maliketh did much more damage to her in P2 than she did to Maliketh with Aeonia. No dark fire or deathly shadow is enough to match a sword, wielded with skill and intent, and the refusal to die behind it.

No. She has no when stunned or staggered. The amount of times i hit her instead of performing critical hit because she was unpredictably poise broken. She has only if and after you perform critical hit, while she is waking up from the ground. If she just kneels and you dont critical hit her she gets damaged. Also, if she has one hp left in first phase and you critical hit her, she does not die to trigger second phase. But if you normal hit her as she kneels, you kill her. So no, no /advantage denied. On the contrary, she benefits from not being stunned, which is a free hit for bosses who would not go for the critical hit. Of course, chances are scarlet aeonia still kills maliketh more often than not with or without stun. Therefore, scarlet aeonia is the cause of victory, not swordplay

Fun Fact: Maliketh can destroy her with just 10k hp, 80 poise (without hyper armor) and without (lifesteal, instant kill moves), you know why? Because of his dark fire that you said it’s not enough to match a sword wielded with lifesteal and rot skills.

Malenia will always win against any Bosses because of her second phase. unlike any other bosses, Malenia regain her full HP when entering her second phase, in addition to her lifesteal, she always win by outlasting her opponent. To make it fair, her second phase must be fought separately, considered as a different bosses. Therefore, her opponent will fight her with full HP too.

Malenia's entire fight is a broken gimmick. She just has way more than any other boss in Fromsoft. Maliketh on the other hand is EXTREMELLY balanced, his Destined Death is so good is the reason he wins against Malenia.

Malenia is broken against bosses because she has a heal. Here too she was lucky because Maliketh didn't use any of his combos and didn't have all of his moveset. However, Maliketh is the only one who can defeat her in 1v1, with his poor stats he can can take 4/10 and that’s good against a boss with (33k HP, 2 health bars, heal per hit, broken moves (clone, flower), waterfowl dance and hyper armor). Starting her second phase with an undodgeable attack is broken by itself.

Destined death (the red flame that does damage over time) makes the healthbar of whatever it hits 10% smaller. Usually this shows up as a gray area on the right side of the enemy's health bar, but for some reason it's not doing it in this video. The effect is temporary, so after a certain amount of time (30 seconds I think) the 10% comes back and the enemy gets that health back. It's just a coincidence that it happens on that move.

Can't say malenia is strong. She just got two hp bars. Only Rykard, Rennala and Malenia has two hp bars in this game. It makes no sense. Radahn, Rykard, Dragonlord, Elden Beast, Astel etc all look like the bosses that could have two hp bars and Fire Giant could take three. However, they have only one that is not very long. If they have a second phase, it uses only half hp bar. On the contrary, that not too big rotted demigod offspring Malenia could have a second phase with a brand new hp bar while his father the current elden lord Radagon only have one. In conclusion, she's not that strong, but favored by developer.
