I really need this video. I’m studying for the mcat while doing research and working as a scribe and I find myself extremely tired and unable to continue focusing as the day moves on. So I’ve been changing my study habits regularly and the thing that this exam taught me is that you learn how to efficiently manage your time and learn more in less time than actual content

I will set to maximum 8 hours it’s perfect to my goals.

I like that you are honest about how long do you study. I have classmates who are boastful enough to say they don't study at all , just eat and sleep and get like 450/500. On the other hand, I study somewhere 8-12 hours and feel stupid as why can't I be like them who don't review at all. Then I realized they are lying.
@bobthomas7407 Жыл бұрын
They're obviously lying u can't get 450/500 without studying alot lol

@shambhavimohare11062 жыл бұрын
I get tired too and it is understanable thats why I take a 20 minute nap. it helps me be more productive rather than me not giving my 100 percent at the desk. also pls dont avoid lunch you need the energy to study.

Bro increase your water intake.... If you drink 4L water per day you will not get tired or feel sleepy ....
@alimansour3550 Жыл бұрын
You can do something that you have to do anyways at this particular time when you feel drowsy (e.g. wash your clothes, go to gym, buy groceries, and etc).

Yo Faizan, CME only counts for graduation here in Europe and is not important for matching if you are from outside the USA.
