Crew minnie pants that I altered the heck out of, black frankie B trousers that have been hemmed, and a couple pencil skirts from Forever 21 (cheap but fit) and Ann Taylor which I've also altered the heck out of. You could always try thrifting skirts in nice fabrics that are lined and altering it because the price is good that way too for something fitting perfectly!

@layahxo I say the sizes because a lot of my friends are petite bloggers (as well as petite readers) so it's always helpful to have a point of reference for how something fits. For instance, one item may be size XS and fit larger or S and fit smaller. :)

i think you can totally rock the orange blazer!! i can imagine it with brown or khaki trousers, a white camisole underneath (preferably with lace details and your beloved yellow belt! i think as long as you keep the other colors in your outfit pretty warm, it won't look so 80s.

I'm also going through the same orange phase thing! I love J.Crew's burnt orange color. I forget the name but I think in the prior seasons it was called Cerise. So pretty! I also love the color pairings, so I totally get what you mean by looking an article of clothing with a unique color and thinking of all the color combinations and outfits you can make! So glad to see I'm not the only one haha

I love the orange blazer! it fits you except for the shoulder pads. If they are easily removed but if you do them by yourself it might look weird because if you take out teh shoulder pads, the shoulder might fit weird since theres extra space thats gone. What I would do is take it to a tailor and have them take it out and tailor it to your shoulders accordingly. BUT DEFINITELY KEEP IT!

I like the shade of green from the blouse you got in Banana Republic! I have a top with a similar colour and it looks so flattering. I also paired it with dark navy pants, and it looked like what you put together. The colours looked so good together. I didn't think of using orange though...will try it next time =)

When i buy things with shoulder pads, i just cut them out if they are to big and sew it back up if needed. That top is beautiful, you should keep it!

see if you can exchange the blazer for a different size at a store near home! or maybe get the shoulder pads taken out.. i'm petite too and i just find that if the shoulders are too wide on clothing, it makes your body look weirdly disproportionate

I really love the way you play with the colors. And like you, im also into burned orange :) I like the way it sort of makes you glow... But i dont think you looked comfertble in the orange blazer, and may end up not using it.

you can always get the blazer tailored, it'll cost about $10 but it will fit perfectly afterwards!

do all the forever21 clothes fit you? im kinda small too but i think ur smaller then i am and the clothes from there are way too big..even a size small. do u get them altered? i feel like i cant find any clothes that fit me anymore.. i always have to get them altered... its soo annoying. anyways.. loved ur video!! that orange color looks good on you.. you should keep the blazer. please do a makeup tutorial on this look! :)

Blazer definitely 80's but we've been back to the 80's for a couple of years already. Keep the blazer! It will look better if there's a smaller size so it'll be more fitted.

Well, it's good you're into warmer toned clothes - asian ppl tend to have yellow undertones and wearing something that has yellow in it (i.e. orange and yellow) makes the yellow undertone in your skin recede and emphasis the brown or milkiness (not sure if you have brown in ur skin from video)

That blazer is really cute, but the shoulder pads are just a tad too thick for your figure. It'll probably lose some of its shape if you completely detach the shoulder pads, though. \: Btw, you've reinspired me to wear colors during the fall. I felt so done with summer that I just wanted to wear black, brown, army green, and tan all the time for fall.

Especially that orange belt, I really like the clip part. As for the orange blazer, I agree with one of the top comments, keep it but maybe take the shoulder pads out and see how it looks. It does look nice on you, but those shoulders do look a little iffy.
