MALL WIZARD - New Guy

Hey everyone! I'm so grateful for all the support for Mall Wizard!! I've seen a few comments about the similarities between The Wizard and Steve from Bigtop Burger and I wanna say yes! I absolutely love BTB and this short is in many ways inspired by its humour! Shows like BTB, Sublo & Tangy Mustard and others are what inspired me to get into indie animation and create my own stuff online. I was also heavily inspired by those AI "Wizards in fast food kitchens" pictures. I honestly made this short for fun and to decompress after my last huge project, Hugo's Mind Palace, so I kinda just threw in everything I thought was funny lol. Also, in terms of The Wizard's voice, its a voice I've been doing for years in my D&D campaigns! I hope to continue this series in a more unique and original direction so stay tuned! This is too good of a concept for this to not have any more shorts or continuations. I also love the character of the wizard, though his voice is often much calmer then his wacky movements which is a bit disorienting. Also, just turning the costumers into skeletons is flipping hilarious. Keep it up. Love seeing the clever stuff you make!

I envy the girl that said she always feared death. I've been having these anxieties surrounding death for a long while now. I constantly fear the passage of time and seeing my age number tick up one by one. It's all been keeping me from engaging and enjoying life. I know that I'm only 25 and shouldn't be having these feelings and yet here I am I don't know if I'm envious of the girl's peace of mind or the fact that they're essentially immortal now. I really hope that you see this, but this truly is something that inspired me today. For such a simple three minute cartoon, it has a lot of surprising depth, and intrigue to it. Saw your pinned comment. Was gonna ask since it seemed like BTB flew under the radar compared to Hazbin Hotel or The Amazing Digital Circus. It’s not a bad thing if your art reminds people of something they already love; I hope more of the art community switches to this mindset. Not every art style/premise/etc. needs to be 100% unique. Absolutely love your stuff. And this is by far the funniest thing you’ve made so far. Hugo’s Mind Palace I felt was a little iffy in it’s style of humour, and may need a touch up in quality if ever greenlit, but this had no problems!
