I believe Otto Addo will do well. He isn't a bad coach, really. Ghanaians just need to be patient. I understand the passion of the fans, but this should be seen as a long-term project with a proper road map. As a Nigerian who has been watching Ghanaian football for some time now,i don't think the talent level of this present Black Stars can be compared with the 90s/2000 era(with due respect to the Kudus of this era). Ponder over this;the Black Starlets played in the final of the FIFA U-17 Cup in four straight editions (91,93,95,97). Imagine the number of talents that Ghana churned out?This is without key performances at Barcelona 92& Australia 93.

He criticizes Otto Addo's first coaching job at 48 and Sitso's claim that he couldn't handle coaching a Bundesliga 2 team, disregarding Addo's extensive experience as assistant coach at Nordsjaelland, coach at Hamburger, and talent coach at Dortmund. This argument is flawed. The reality is, Addo has been involved in coaching for over 10 years, gaining significant experience. Let's be honest here. Even Zinedine Zidane, who hadn't coached any team except Real Madrid Castilla for just two years, was given the Real Madrid job at 45 years old.

Literally Nimely came into show to speak his mind rather than throwing Facts and solutions. To some extent he doesn't even know Otto assistant is not under 16 coach but yet he wanted to use it against him I sometimes agree to some of his points he makes on these tv/radio shows but truth be told he vibrates too much, I don't know if there's a hidden hate against someone. The mic was on your speak and tell us why otto can't do the work and stop saying lies because what you said about ottos assistant is purely lie and you couldn't defend it, that alone tells us your intentions even before you came into the show. You can criticize him especially due to his perceived affiliation with Kurt Okraku but he deserves respect. I don’t expect people like Chris Nimley to use the words of a semi illiterate like Countryman Songo and start referring to Otto Addo as a “trainer scout” . Trainer scout is nothing but a job title but he’s a highly qualified coach. He may not have the experience but he has the highest level of qualification. He’s a FIFA Pro license holder. Respect the guy. How many African coaches today boasts of having Erling Haaland, Jude Bellingham, Jadon Sancho as their students?. Even if he does not have experience coaching first team football, nobody else did earlier on in their career. Nimley’s rhetorics many at times are for comic relief but he needs to be rational and stop his nshornaa outbursts. Otto Addo will succeed.. get on the train or eat a humble pie later

So would you say Chris Hughton did a better job than Otto given that Hughton managed the likes Brighton?.Cote Divoire's assistant coach won the Afcon ahead of his head coach with a better CV. Otto has a philosophy. I could see it when he played some matches. Switzerland, South Korea, Nigeria. I see it glaring. His inexperience cost him. But now he's back with an undivided attention and world cup experience. Atsu, Nimley and the bearded guy with specs are just persimists and over thinking. Everything they say cancels out the other. There's an element of favouritism no question. He's no longer a novis point of correction. There are more positives than negatives. Otto doesn't meet the criteria. But the baseline of this coach pursuit is to get someone who can fix and groom a broken team and that'swhy he'sthe right man for the job
