@@abhignanm7630 Highways fright corridor are good under BJP. Telangana projects are mostly under loans which are not bad given the fruits these projects provide. BJP and INC don't go for loans they do it traditionally.

Yes, more tourists are coming to Kondapochamma Reservoir than Venice, Paris, Mumbai, Dubai combined. Nearby people have become so rich by working as guides and buying high sky-skrapers in other countries. Sorry, in Telangana itself because Telangana has became Bangaru Telangana.

Unfortunately massive projects rarely turn out to be 100% successful. At heart large projects are just like large experiments done in a lab. They require much more planning ( planning of space, time, equipment and personnel ) means more points for error and the larger a project is, larger is the number of points of error ( both kinds of error, due to biases and due to variables that cannot be controlled ), remember errors only add up they don't get subtracted. Hence what Indian agriculture needs is large number small canals, small checkdams, small pump houses at key locations. All of which can only be achieved with more decentralisation & federalisation. But these smaller govt institutions tend to be corrupt as well hence to check there corruption we need more privatisation too. ( A private company if found guilty can be blacklisted but a govt body cannot). Just check out Indian agri tech startups and how they solve Indian agricultural problems. Thanks for reading my post.

Center only gives money to projects which create wealth, not for projects which eats state budgets. If funds are given to Hydro-electric projects they in return create electricity, but this project eats electricity and make debts on state and taxpayers money.
