Quite the conundrum. Raphinha was excellent today, and Lamine Yamal looked like a top 5 winger. The issue is they can not and should not ever play together. I realize they worked well together to make that second goal, but it has been abundantly clear these past 2 games that they take away from each others performances. Raphinha today looked like he’d rather die then pass the ball to Lamine, and they occupy the same spaces. Shouldn’t play together on the right, and shouldn’t force one to play out of comfort zone on the left.

I'm glad you realized that too. Raphina seems to be jealous. They could actually play together if Raphina stayed in his position in the middle (as a 10); he's not supposed to come to the wings when Lamine is on the field with him. At a point I could see him telling Lamal to go forward when the boy's positioning was just perfect. It's jealousy; he's mad he has to compete with a 16-year old, but it's just a matter of time, Lamine will be the undisputed starter in that position.

He just keeps on getting better and better, and I especially love his new spark of challenging opponents one on one and displaying his gorgeous technical abilities. Well as Guardiola said, playing against a 11-man defense that doesn't want to play football is hard today, in prehistory and 1000 years in the future. We already knew how Mallorca plays, that doesn't mean there is an easy answer particularly if we gift a nonsensical goal at the beginning because if they are 1 goal up they defend much more comfortably.

Joao Felix is a very elegant and graceful player! He plays so effortlessly and his style is similar to a combination of Marco Van Basten and Kaka. He is going to win many matches for Barca. Hablemos de cómo estuvo la defensa en este partido, se rompió , Balde estaba confuso, no le salía nada de lo q quería, se notó demasiado la falta q nos hizo Koundé en el primer tiempo, Gavi manejó el centro del campo bastante bien y defendió mejor q casi todos los defensas hoy, Gündo parece q todavía tiene q adaptarse pero lo hizo bien, Fermín, el mejor cambio de la noche, y claramente la entrada de Yamal, Raphinha perdió más de 10 balones pero fue el q mejor estuvo, los mejores de la noche fueron Raph y Gavi, y; ¿qué hacia Ter, a mil metros de la portería cuando iba el jugador solo? (Pienso q Fermín y Yamal deben de entrar juntos más seguido, esos dos lo q ocasionaron en los últimos minuto fue buaf increíble, lástima q esta vez no remontamos) y se me olvidaba, los entrenadores de los equipos contrarios están comenzando a cogerle el gusto de poner 5 defensas (normalmente se rompen fáciles) pero el equipo no ha sabido como, a mi opinión Xavi debería hacer alguna táctica al respecto, ya que el tiene experiencia de sobra y creemos en él y en que eso mejore

Marc no hico nada mal. Fijense a lo que hico romeu en esos dos goles. Ahi esta el problema. No pueden decir nada mal de marc por q estaba afuera si la asistencia vino desde la otra porteria. Si romeu estaba en sus sentidos y peleo por la pelota en vez de esperarla no hubiera gol. En la primera era por falta de concentracion de romeu tambien. Xavi needs to insert some urgency in this team. Once felix was off, there was no on in between the lines to receive the passes. Frenkie's absence was clearly felt. There was no one passing in between lines. They were just passing sideways. Ter stegan's pass was not good but Romeu was at fault too. I saw on couple of occasions that Romeu doesn't always check his surroundings. They lost the ball way too much in this match.

I’m loving the attacking mindset of barca but because of this offensive play when we lose the ball our defensive structure is collapsing because cancelo and balde are always pressing and we just have two Cb defending at that point of time and increases the chances of opponent scoring a goal in counter attack…we dominated this game and missed a few unlucky chances but this won’t be the case when we will face teams like Man City,Bayern and arsenal because they will not allow cancelo to press that much and if we lose the ball against them and if will have a structure like this during counter attack then we will concede 3 to 4 goals…so everything is good but we just need to make our defensive structure better when we lose the ball…and play Torres as a sub cause he is more effective that way and always start lewa and kounde as cb
