Yes, this is also very interesting. What would happen? I can't find an experiment investigating the relationship between the length of the string and its fundamental frequency :(

What if instead of using only the mass in the graph the tension is used instead. Meaning that the new formula to get M(mue) would be M(mue)=[1/(4L^2 * gradient of graph)] or if using exact values M(mue) = [T/(4L^2*f^2)]. Would that also work?
