Flash on D if you combo flash with your ult a lot. Flash on F if you use auto attacks mostly so you don't have to move your finger off of your movement or defensive ability (most of them are on E) Comboing ults with Flash on F is awkward unless you can input the R command and Flash into range. Similarly, E -> Flashing as Lucian, Zeri, Vayne, or Caitlyn is awkward if Flash is on D.
