This video only makes you cry. Even 35 years ago Malta was so different. Now its just another Concrete Jungle consumed by greed, lack of discipline and no national pride whatsoever. Very Sad.

@adamcheeseplease2 ай бұрын
@miriamfenech9666 how so? Are you implying that Mintoff made Malta 3rd world by removing the British? Because I can certainly see an argument there, however, I do wish you to elaborate. We need to come together to cherish the beauty that we have in Malta. We can't be afraid to say enough is enough, because no side is perfect. They are all in it for themselves unfortunately especially if we remain quiet.

I would love to listen to it with Maltese lyrics. It makes me so proud to be Maltese - and homesick!!!!

It will be much better to combine the same places in the film, it will help to follow the images and recognize them, especially when you were there, because jumping from Gozo to Valletta, to Sliema and so on makes it difficult to follow. .maybe the author will adjust this beautiful historical plot to order? and it would be nice to add all the missing names to the images... Vast changes and alterations have been done in the span of a hundred years and some for the good and yet those that simply wipe out and away every shred of evidence of the past existence of the originality of the place as it was before isn't a nice prospect for generations to follow.One must always bare it in mind that ancient buildings have and play a significant part in the history of the country and that is to remain proof for the generations to follow.But if there is nothing to bare proof of it's existence than it is a piece of the country's history that has been wiped off and no longer exists. A very nice brief archive of olden times recorded on camera and illustration.Well done.
