Malta PM 'planning' to resign

Malta's prime minister has told friends he is about to resign.
Joseph Muscat is under pressure over the government's alleged cover-up of the murder of a journalist two years ago.
Daphne Caruana Galizia died in a car bomb explosion while investigating corruption involving politicians and business executives.
