brother travel date should be after the permit start, EG. agar app ka permit start hai 10/07/2024 and you are applying today then it should be round about 10/30/2024. And the flight ticket should also be the same as per the date.

If company is good it wont take much time in 30 days it will be ready , If company is ok ok kind then it will take time, Which can differ. Because ,Malta government take time for all verifications.

if your company is first grade company then it hardly take 30 days, but if it is not then it could take 60 to 65 days also.

then it is already expired, and it is not accepted by Malta government. Need to apply new one.

Should I submit the original copy of the Invitation Letter, Contract Paper, and Accommodation Contract, or will a scanned copy be sufficient?

Scanned Copy will also Work. But that should be clear. But While visiting VFS take your Original copy along with you.
