Guys please notify us somehow when you're doing something similar again. Listening to those frequencies in a forest would be so curative for anyone and everything. Something about this just makes my heart full with such emotion, I want to cry. Emotional state, I miss the times of recent memory the one woman who made me the happiest I've been as an adult was back in my arms in the way she had been. I yearn for the joy of youth. For the last few weeks, I've been having bad anxiety/panic attacks out of no where, trying to figure out what is triggering it along with trying to find something to help calm my mind and breathing. I shed so many tears 1 minute into listning because of how peaceful and beautiful this sounds when I close my eyes. Now I know what I can listen to when I need to take my mind to a better place 💗 I've had anxiety and trauma for some time, but it's never been this bad. I'm waiting to see a Dr to talk about options but have been worried about what to do in the meantime. Thank you! 😌😌
