My grandad is Maltese and as kids we used to witness many great singalongs at my grandparents house. My first Maltese phrase was “għandek xi lira jekk jogħġbok” which my aunt to me to say to my grandad. Good times. This footage brings back great memories of my childhood.

@@chawquee Yes, Maltese is a descendant of Arabic! It's the only Semitic language in Europe. It's like English, except instead of being Germanic with heavy borrowing from French, it's Arabic with heavy borrowing from Italian.

They aren't real maltese, because they drink same strange beer instead of Cisk. ;) I was just joking of course. This is an awesome music btw, I liked Malta, beautiful and interesting country. In the video they wear pullover, so I think it's winter there, here where I live in Finland we clothes the same, but in the summer.
