Malton Forest Rally Crashes, Highlights & Pure Sound, 3/11/24

Seems like only a few weeks ago we were in Langdale for a rally. This time for the 2024 Malton Forest event which was very enjoyable much like the 2023 edition. Struggled a bit with camera placement on these stages as people once again managed to have some form of mishap about 10ft behind various cameras, which is rapidly becoming the tale of filming rallying as a whole! But still a good day out, all very well organised and not even that cold really. Can't ask for much more from this one

@@Faded877 probably not. They tend to be a bit cack. Depends though, if theyre using the infield and theres sod all else to do, i might have no choice 😂

@@PescaraProductions last years was brilliant in the snow on the infield. Not sure if it will be used this year because no stage maps released yet

@@Faded877 Yeah shame it was so foggy you couldn't see more than 30ft in front of your own face! Will keep an eye out for this years. The pros of rallying often come with the freedom and view you get, and sadly circuit rallying takes those pros and throws them away so it can be a bit pointless at times. Just look at the Oulton rally!

@@aarongarter3917 Yes it was! Must the 6th time by now! Up and over in the 30ft of space there was between two cameras! Another corner that was tricky to go and assist with because the bend was blind and with nowhere to safely get out of the way quickly

I love the british rally fans reactions to a crash. In finland theyre running towards it with a tow rope before its even stopped. In britain people just sit and stare at it!😐

@@aarongarter3917 it is a bit rubbish isnt it. All sorts of daft laws around certain things in uk rallying, think it puts people off going to help in case they get in trouble for it
