I lost my grandma 5 years ago, she died infront of me. She was doing good on that day but when I got there she didnt look that good. I kept talking to her but she wouldn't respond. I cried to this song as I took my big brother back and forth to chemo He was terminal I could relate to every part of this song. While he was alive I took the lines in this song and made them positive... repairing a very strained relationship, praying for a miracle or more time. After he died I cried constantly to this song. I'm so happy I found this lyric video of this song, ever since I was little I loved this song and would sing it with my older brother and sister. I was so little, and would sit on my bunked in my room with my sister and brother at night time singing. We loved the song, but sometimes it would make me cry when I was little cause I thought of my dog max that died once I was born, i only got to see him for a little bit. When I was in 2nd grade I had a older friend named Crystal. She was in 6th grade and going through hard times.. Both of her parents died from drug overdose and she was so broken that she wanted too end her life by stabbing herself too almost death. She used to sing this song when she thought of her parent while tears slowly went down her eyes in a hospital bed.. I thank god that she's still alive but god bless everyone whos friends and family couldn't take it or died too soon.

I love this song, but it hurts to listen to it. I’ve found a guy at my school that I love, and I really do love him. He’s my dream guy. He always teases me, and makes me laugh every single day. Okay, God forbid anyone I know finds this because I'm going to be extremely cheesy. But this song really brings out your real emotions. You know, I was in denial for a long time telling myself I wasn't in pain and it was fine, holding it in and making it worse. And the situation continued to spiral away. Then, this song was in my reccommended and I clicked it and all my emotions seemed to pour out and my heart was filled with some of the rawest pain I've ever felt. It really hit me that I'm deeply, stupidly in love with someone who will never love me back. Not only that, but someone who might hate the fact I love them. Someone who I might lose if I ever told. Someone that even others would probably reject me for loving. But no matter how hard I try I can't help it. I love them so much. More than anyone. Everytime we're on call, I'm the happiest person alive. Their laughter is everything to me. I love absolutely everything about them. Every other time I have thought I loved someone, it's never been like this. I always only wanted approval, and found myself taken advantage of. But this person? They are my answer to everything. They bring me only happiness. The only pain related to them is the yearning to love them. For them to love me. And I'm absolutely sure they do platonically. But romantic love is too much to ask of them, I think. I understand. But I will love them forever. I just want them to be happy, and if that means never telling them and simply being the best friend I can be then so be it. I'm not going to let this haunt me anymore.
