Heck, for a group who's backup dancers were a group from Japan that they has a day to train and had a big language barrier between them all their saff and all but two ff the members who have been learning Japanese. And then had their massive performance that they themselves did absolutely everything for.... I would say it was an amazing performance. Plus... they also had an issue with Hyungins mic being super low, and the sound guy putting their fullness track on too loud. That hurt them. Dknt even get me started on the cameraman. But they themselves killed it. Considering the issues, it was amazing. Yes, they could have done better, but that was out of their hands, mostly because of MAMA. Apparently there was even an emergency and they almost weren't even able to go on. I would say those two performances were the the only two that were actually at full effort by the artists.

Soyeon has a unique tone, some people say it's supposed to be an imitation of Betty Boop. I've listened to a lot of her songs, all of them were unique is what I'd say. The concepts she brings are rare and bold. I dont think discrediting her as an artist is okay lol cause she might just be one the very few artists who actually create stuffs fro, scratch. The plagiarism issue was a contradiction to her otherwise extremely well career. So I'll be against that in particular. From their debut songs to ones so far, each have been a 'dessert' to ears for me. It's underrated how much effort is put. Comparing people doesn't bring much effect to the point other than the main standard being their overall performance in general. They serve. To me this group is pretty good ngl. I always admire artists who can produce rather than hiring writers and composers.
