It doesn't get much better than collards (with pepper sauce) and cornbread. I would love black-eyed peas with mine, too... Yum!! Great for New Year's!!

Mama Sue collards are my favorite. I like them better than any other green and what I do is . I would cook spareribs spare ribs and I would take that broth and cook my collards in. Taste so good.

Oh! 😮 You can take a knife and hit the top of the bottle on both sides and the top will easily twist open. 😊

We fry our collard greens in bacon grease and add chopped onions with brown beans n fried taters and cornbread

Turn the jar upside down and hit the lid flat surface on the counter it will open every time. Will not break the jar either.
