Just started watching your videos yesterday, but have seen Natalie's videos and think she is great. You give me such inspiration and your excitement, enthusiasm, and zest give me the inspiration I need to get up (off the friggin' couch) and start cleaning and decluttering. The past two years have been a slow decline from messy to borderline hoarder, from "I'd love to do that" to "OMLord, what was I thinking..."! The struggle is real! From being sick in Jan. with COVID, being cooped up, crazy weather (cold, then hot, then repeat) I have little motivation to do more than what is absolutely neccessary. You are hysterical, Kim, and have inspired me to dive in to deep closets and cabinets in my home. Thanks! P.S. I live in Florida, too!

My husband and I have been together 10 yrs this year but only married 1 yr. We just celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary in January. We did a 5 ribbon handfasting which was very unique as no one in our family had ever broken from tradition but it was perfect for us. We had a very small ceremony and reception. We got married just before everything closed due to the virus. We were lucky enough his Dad who is terminal was able to fly from Toronto and be there for our special Day. My husband had our son as his best man and I had my daughter as my MOH. Yes we had friends there etc but we wanted our kids to feel just as special as we did!! It was small but very intimate and special.

The white storage bins with the crafty stuff was a good idea. The one with the permanent marker, use a dry erase marker. Draw over the permanent marker with a dry erase maker then whip it off. It will usually take the permanent marker off.

We had the same wedding colors! Also for the board games... I just watched a declutter/organize video from Jaime’s Journey and she used these awesome PVC pouches to put the games in and that way you can declutter the boxes so it takes up less space. Your declutter game is getting strong! Great job!

I bought the extra large zip loc bags and put the games in them and wrote on the bag what game it is. It worked amazing to declutter all the game boxes! And then I put into dollar tree foldable organizing baskets. Way less clutter.

My husband and I walked into our reception with a chain wrapped around his ankle! I was holding the other end of the chain that had a bowling ball attached to it. Friends and family laughed so hard that I was his ball & chain for life. It’s been 17 years and we’re still going strong’ ❤️😂🤣

I just decluttered our China cabinet where we keep all the school and arts and crafts stuff.. I donated a whole box to the daycare my kids go to and then a box of old coloring books my oldest scribbled on every page when he was 1. I felt so much better!!! Then we did a bag of books, a bag of baby toys, and stage 1 baby food-all to the daycare! I'm commenting so anyone out there decluttering educational things don't forget about your local daycare! 🥰🥰

My husband and I got married in March of 2020 as our state was shutting down for COVID. We got married at my mom and stepdad's house with 10 people (per the governor's orders). Our cake had Deadpool coming out of the bottom, a golden snitch and the Millennium Falcon on the side. Certainly wasn't what we planned, but we loved it.

We also has a kids activity table with buildable stuff, creative what have you type things. Married on a little island across a little bridge. In Pinellas County. It was our destination wedding/reception and had a second reception where we lived at the time.

We have a bin for each kid, and keep it really pared down. Less is more. I also go through the colouring books and rip out the coloured pages so its just the ones they can use. And i only keep the colouring books that fit in the drawer, and the markers etc that fit in the caddy web have.

I bought these larger zip up envelope type bags and I got one of those xlarge cube organizer bins and I took the games out of the boxes and stuck each game in its own bag..and i cut out the name of the game off the box and taped it to the outside of the bin. They fit file style in the cube bin and I was able to get rid of all of the cardboard. Saved so much space honestly!

Loved this decluttering! We’ve been married for 10 yrs and the thing that I loved is that we celebrated my nieces first birthday! (We got married on her birthday. My sis in law is still holding hate) and we also celebrated our parents anniversaries. In laws is 2 weeks before ours they celebrated 25 yrs and my parents was the day after ours and they celebrated 30 the year we got married!

Well done Kim!! I love watching declutter and organising videos. We did a bit of declutter around the house last November and I felt so good. Side note, if you want to save a bit more space, organise your board games into clear document bags ( not sure if that’s what it s called in US, they come in different sizes like A3,A4.A5 etc) you could probably find them in dollar store. And store all the document bags in a bin or a pretty big basket etc
