He was invited to perform at this years Tokyo Jazz Festival but due to the pandemic it was first cancelled (and he was very disappointed) then it was done as an online concert. So he took part by performing 2 songs, Samaltau and S.O.S which he live streamed from his home in Astana Kazakhstan, this is his music room/studio in his house. The instruments are a Kobyz, the stringed instrument a bit like a viola, it has two strings of horse hair and has a 5,000 year history, its played here emulating the sounds of the Kazakh steppe, the wolves and other wild animals. The flute is called a Sybyzgy and is emulating the Kazach Golden Eagle and other birds, the rainstick (bamboo filled with gravel or rice) is emulating the wind in the grass of the steppe, plus the water running off from the Samal mountain. The instruments on the wall are Dimash's collection of various Dombra, plus a shaman drum and a jetigen, a Kazakh zither. I absolutely love this song, I first heard it at the Silk Road Film Festival last year and it stunned me. Here he is performing this powerful song sitting cross legged on a piano stool, he always makes it look so easy when in reality this is a difficult song to sing this well. Bravo Dimash 💖💖💖

React to Dimash singing IKANAIDE in Japanese at Tokyo Festival 2021
Dimash is not just singing a song, he is at the same time introducing his cultures to the rest of the world. This performance has got very spiritual feel, i can feel peace and calmness, its like going back to an ancient village passing thru rivers and mountains with wild animals and birds surrounding me😊😊

An emotional interpretation, Dimash tells us a tragic part of the history of the Kazakh people. The instrument to the right of Dimash is called Kobyz is the one that generates the sound is the Kazakh steppe, wolves, dogs, the wind and the instrument on the left is called sybyzgy this generates the sound of water. Greetings from Nicaragua 🇳🇮

Mama Clara & Papa….Dimash is truly a rare, one of a kind vocal artist and I feel very lucky to have discovered his unmatched vocal abilities. Your new enthusiasm for Dimash has inspired me to share a recommendation with you. As a fellow fan, I would encourage you to react to Autumn Strong 2017, if you haven’t already. This beautiful, but sad song was written by a Japanese artist named Koji Tamaki. This story is about Toshiko Yamaguchi, a Chinese born, Japanese actress who was loved by her Chinese fans before WWII. Sadly, Toshiko was deported back to Japan when she was scorned after discovery of her Japanese heritage after the war. Sadly she never saw China ever again. Autumn Strong’s beautiful lyrics inspired Dimash to choose this song because of it's soul stirring emotions. The tenderness of his performance will surely touch you, as it did to my Japanese American heart. Though I can't speak either Japanese or Chinese, Dimash's music has a universal quality that can touch everyone’s soul through his music. The Gloria Wu version explains the back story of Autumn Strong in the 2017 video, but I'm sure that you can find more about Koji Tamaki on the internet. Please, first react to the 2017 "Singer” China competition version, a very beautiful and more formal stage presentation during this competition. Afterwards, you may want to compare this together with the recent release of Autumn Strong from the Arnau 2020 concert . This performance is quickly becoming my favorite version, because of it's more casual and relaxed musical arrangement. The simplicity and casual feel gives this performance a more intimate feeling. He also appears more relaxed in this stage setting and uses his incredible artistry to slightly alter this version with extra smooth vocal st embellishments. I guarantee that you will be touched by the tenderness and amazing vocal subtleties that Dimash's voice can create while performing either Autumn Strong versions. Please use Google to translate into Japanese if required. Arigato! ..... SHIRO

Mountain breeze . (Samaltau). Mountain breeze, my amazing country, my endless lake, What days await me as a soldier, You keep coming into my mind from time to time, My amazing homeland, where I was born and raised I wasn't riding, I was walking, Even slower than walking, Been strolling for 15 days In the direction of Omsk I'm at the age of two cycles, the year of the cow By the will of Fate, I went farther away Mountain breeze, my amazing country, you're left behind From the hollow field, we are the only ones I had parents, Of progressed age, Since this song was written, It's been 16 years. Mountain breeze, my amazing country, my endless lake, What days await me as a soldier .

Here is the story of the song: 1916 ... The 1st World War was on. The Russian Tsar issues a decree on the draft in the army of Kazakhs aged 19-39 years. Samal Tau is the song of those recruits. The area where the recruits came from was called Samal Tau. This is in the North Kazakhstan region. The name of the author is not preserved in the memory of the people. The song has the following words: “We’re tired, very tired for 15 days, we almost reached Omsk. Samal Tau was left behind, where I was born and raised. An unknown soldier’s life lies ahead. Elderly parents remained at home. How will they live without me?" The song also contains information about the age of the author. He is a little more than two mushels. He was born in the year of the cow. This means that he was born in 1888 and he is 28 years old.

Jesus is Lord! Believe in Him to be saved! We are all sinners in need of a savior. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God! We have all lied, stolen, blasphemed, lusted, fornicated or in some way shape or form broken God's law! There is good new though! We broke God's law, but Jesus payed our fine in his life's blood for us that we might be saved. All you have to do to be saved is humble yourself, admit you are a sinner and need God's mercy, and believe in Jesus that he died on the cross for you and rose again on the third day! For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth on Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16. I love you all and God bless you!
