Mama you looked lovely MashaAllah. Baba shouldn’t be eating refined sugar , instead dates, figs, raisins etc as dessert! Or jaggery chikki with dry fruits is a better option after meal. Having a handful of nuts satisfies my sweet tooth usually! And one more thing, as per Ayurveda, honey shouldn’t be heated! It’s better to first heat milk to Luke warm temperature and then add honey. Heating alters the nature of honey and make it harmful instead. It’s not judgement or criticism but we want you and baba to live a long, healthy life inshaAllah.
