I'm actually one of those kids who didn't chase my dream cause my parents said "Be a bowling athlete? Where got future one!" even if I was really good as a junior athlete. Now living my life trying to forget the past but listening to this episode reminded me of it and made me regret my choice :|

@@iamdennisyin I still remember it was 8 years ago that I abandoned my dream. I got 2 offers to become a real athlete. The first one was an offer to represent my city in a junior-national championship. And the second one is when I was having a holiday in Singapore and I spent the whole day Bowling, then there's this couch comes up to me and ask if I would join the team, since there's no much junior player back then, and they were preparing for the asia-level tournament and was aiming for the pba junior-tour. So I litterally had the chance to pursue my dream, but I gave it up because of my parent. Up to a point where my mom think that my brain needed to be fix and brought me to a psychriatist, which broken my heart and my dream :')

Oh man.. I feel for you. But, I mean, never ever regret the decisions that you’ve made. Your still able to do something with Bowling. Like how I’ve stopped dancing professionally, yet dancing only cause it makes me happy :) Work life is stressful, and dance helps to take me out of it. Something that I keep for myself. You’ve stayed strong so many years. Don’t be harsh on yourself. You can still do it as long as your passion is there. Perhaps not the same opportunity, but passion & talent shouldn’t be wasted :) Good luck my dude!! All the best. I’m on your side 🔥🔥🔥🔥
