Lovely to see you again Jasmine :) Saving money is ALWAYS good! Sounds like China is more relaxed for living. It would be nice to see or to know what there is to do in Zhongshan, are there any markets, parks or natural nature places? Also it would be nice to see around your area a little. If you are not ready to show your home don't worry - there is always another time.

Lovely chit chat, just what I needed for a gentle break. It is a beautiful sunny spring here in the South West of England. Our area is not that far from the cities but just like for you, the attitude is not the same. I go to my tiny village and count 40 shades of green on the way, literally I stop and count. Very interesting to hear what you have to say about electric cars. My son is about to learn to drive. It is hard to get lessons and the test here because of what they claim is a Covid backlog! Do officials in your life use the same excuse much? I am so looking forward to the tea in your next chit chat. It was from a tea video you made years ago I first started watching.
