Tips for learning dances! (for beginners) - Stretch! (or else you'll regret it) - Re-watch dance practices, covers, and performances 2-5 times before even attempting to learn it. - Don't just memorize moves, UNDERSTAND them. - Section the dance into parts, (like here) and go over each part until it's engraved into your brain before moving on. - Try to be patient with yourself! If you're not used to dancing or not good yet, don't quit easily. You will improve if you try, and have patience with yourself. - Take time to go over the dance a lot before filming, performing, or just finishing it. I like to take a day or two for learning it, and then another couple of days to perfect it. - Start with easier dances to pace yourself. If you start too hard, too fast...you'll probably be overwhelmed. I hope these tips helped! Remember you've got this!

I think one of the most important parts of dancing is the attitude and breathing, i know we are learning other's choreography but at some point it's your own interpretation of the dance, so dance in the way you want to do it, specially in mamamoo's choreographys there's a lot of parts where you can improvise. Breathing helps a lot when you want to do smooth moves, and as it's presented here, you should learn choreographys in parts, and please PLEASE, listen to the music and combine it with the movements, being in tempo is so important. Mostly have fun!!! 💜💜💜
