Was addicted to this game 10 years ago on MAME and scored in the 600k range at a local arcade (1984), then forgot about it and recently picked up a actual original stand up Jr machine. I’ve had it for 3 months now and I’m back to 500k already. Regularly I’m posting 300k scores but 500k being my high so far. Hoping to break the world record someday but I’ve got a ways to go and you just showed me that I’m still a rookie! 😂 I don’t ever stay on the screen and keep jumping things for points, I just blow through the screens as fast as I can for the bonus. Apparently I’ve got a lot to learn. Great play man.

New strat = saving the Red Apple for later? Seems to be worth an extra 3800 (on the advanced level I watched anyway). Also: cashing in your two extra men on that same lucrative level. Nicely done!
