Yes! If I remember correctly, there's a dialogue that implies this from Mr. Owl as well as a cutscene at the end of the game where a half parrot half human Harvey runs away from the corrupted souls and turns into a parrot again

I wonder if OP knew that Mr Crow's human form is like. An 80 year old man. Still, I love the Harvey design. Personally I'm a big subscriber to the whole "Harvey is a trans guy" theory/fanon, and this Harvey definitely has that tboy swag. This is from a series called Rusty Lake! Specifically, these characters are from a game called Rusty lake hotel. The only way I can describe the series is lore filled with overarching stories, symbolism ridden, bizarre, surreal, horror and brain turning puzzle games. I'm surprised at how they managed to make such a tasteful and lighthearted work out of the series lmao
