Man accused of raping woman, burning her with blow torch

A man is in custody after being accused of sexually assaulting a woman, burning her with a blow torch and holding her hostage for three days, Memphis Police say.

Here in NYC last week, a 70 year old former NY governor and His 12 year old step-son got attacked by 5 people for speaking up. Attackers included two minors and two adults. In 1980s when I was a kid, Jackson Ave and parts of North Memphis had dangerous areas. Got to be careful out there.
