what you have to ask yourself is, why did the officer think punching a man in the ribs would get him to remove the arm under his body when he was kneeling on that mans body as was another officer making it impossible for the man to pull his arm out... they punch without thinking, thats the problem... at 3:23 look in the background the officer performing a little shuffle dance laughing... while another officer screams "keep going keep going" to a bystander trying to watch, they were scaring away the witnesses... "officers just wan't to go home to their families at night"... SO DO WE... A MAN CAN'T EVEN WORK ON HIS OWN FENCE NOW...
