This is normal now. My property was pledged to Bank of Baroda for 1 crore by forging documents, registering in registry office, a lawyer working for bank, scrutinized and gave clean chit to forged documents. Finally on approaching bank of baroda officials, they realized their mistake, threatened crook to return amount to the bank.

OMG, Brothers pls let me know your opinion, I have property case going on from 2015 where my uncles mingled with my opponent and demolished part of the house by giving just 10% of money on just unregistered sale agreement. in 2019 my lawyer took my document compulsively and kept for 2 days. Then I had quarrelled with him as there were discrepancies then onwards clashes going on with him, as he was main responsible big damage in the case. Then recently one society I applied for mortgage loan to clear a personal loan they kept documents for two days, when I asked secretary to give attestation for documents she denied and said only give by trust it seems. They did not give loan then I went after two days and collected documents and came back. what do you think would have happened here and what would be the probable intentions. Since for personal loan default case going on and they have smashed cibil score now I cannot take loan anywhere and my opponent beside my house trying loot my house portion for 10 years back valuation. He forced and blackmailed eventhough my brother was bedridden for which we wanted to sell portion of house and my brother died in that process. please let me know your guessing and what precautions should I take now? These people playing with educated like us without any fear and hesitation and what would they do with illiterates..!!!
