Yes, it's the sound of the engine cooling fan :)

Why is it so noisy on that engine? Bad clutch? IIRC another version of the same engine comes with a hydraulic fan drive instead of the clutch. The fan sound however is the same when it spins fast.

Fan belt is connected directly to the engine, so the fan speed are the same as engine speed.It's a typical fan sound when air passes through it.
