Nah state of California doesn't arrest 20 something year old's if they get teenagers pregnant. I was 14 when I got with my first child's father and 15 when I gave birth to my baby he was 24 or 25 when I gave birth to our son. My aunt tried to get him charged and the court said since there was a infant involved and he agreed to take care of the baby as a father he wouldn't be charged.
