@@SR-uz1ov I too saw an Orb while camping in Winthrop, WA this summer. It was about 3am or so, and I was looking through the screen roof of my tent. At first, I thought it was an aircraft. But it was really high up, without lights, and cruising extremely fast. Then it did this weird thing, where it looked like it was exploding into a perfect circle of light, before imploding again to it's original form. It repeated this process about 3 times before it covered the entire sky and vanished out of sight. Very, very weird. Unlike anything I've ever witnessed.

Exactly. I Beleive you. I just wrote a post to Michael Bassett who wrote the original post shooting down the story because from what he said he didn't think it could all happen at the same time lol Bit he didn't consider that if you look at the story without negativity you can see different theories like maybe the sounds and other occurrences happened not at the same time but at different times maybe just before each other or just after eachother, the story never said it all happened at the exact same time. I just don't get people like Michael Bassett who shoot down a story when they not even given a tiny bit of thought. They just see the negative and I don't think like that thankfully so I can't agree with his narrative when his narrative is so closed in and boxed in that it's so dismissive. So I responded to Michael and I think I was quite fair with my response. As you'll see. Brent with Paranormal Portal podcast told of the time that he was staying at a friend's cabin in the Idaho woods when he decided to check out a new infrared scope he purchased. One night, he looked out at the forest, and he suddenly saw a huge UFO hovering just above the tree tops. It wasn't visible to the regular spectrum, ultraviolet,. Everytime he pulled the scope away, the UFO was no longer visible, and whenever he looked the scope again, the UFO was suddenly visible. Suddenly, he felt as though the UFO was watching him as he watched it, which spooked him, so he quickly ducked down below the windowsill. When he looked again, it either was no longer there or he watched it zoom off. Unfortunately, it didn't have a recording function, although he may have been so startled by what he saw that he may not have thought to record it even if he could.

I believe the denial is due almost entirely to fear. I mean, I find the subject scary to think about. It's a gigantic amount of uncertainty, and humans do NOT deal with uncertainty well. We want to either deny something exists, or categorize it immediately, specifically, and completely. We are unable to do either right now and it's uncomfortable. But investigating and getting more knowledge is the best way to allay that fear.

A thing can emit a mechanical sound, then become silent. A man can loose his voice, and still call out for his dog, albeit unsuccessfully. The comment about being silent is a notation connected to the previous statement: that to keep an object that size stationary in the air would require a vast amount of downward thrust using conventional technology, i.e. VTOL jet engines, or helicopter blades. Meaning that, in comparison, the object emitted no where near the amount of noise associated with those technologies, i.e. “silent”, i.e. not conventional technology. Also, keep in mind that any discrepancies related to props, or wildlife, is the result of a fictional reenactment of a factual account, not an actual video of the event. A recurve bow is all they had. A red stag was the only “deer” to show up to the casting call, etc. what you are watching is an edited segment of a longer conversation related to the incident by Nick Pope. It’s almost as if, since 2001, the internet has allowed entire generations of people to confuse sarcasm for intelligence, logic, and critical thinking.

I have worked in TV production before. To make a profit off of shows like this, you get the experts together and record their takes on multiple case reports in the same sitting. Depending on the report, the conversation can take 10 minutes to 2 hours per report. What this promo did was take those conversations, and edit them down to sound-bytes. So the simple truth is you have no idea in what order things were said, how much was said total, or what the editors did post interview. This is just a promo, not the account of the entire encounter report. It sounds like a basic-bitch intellectual to say “dur how can something be two things that contradict each other at once? UFOs are so fake. Me so smart science!” But in reality, a man can call out for his dog, but realize his voice has given out. An object can make a slight mechanical sound, and also be 99% more silent than conventional technology accomplishing the same results. A deer rut call can sound similar to a duck call to the uninitiated. Paranormal accounts border a grey area between historic fact, and subjective fiction. On one side, you have the fact that someone claims to have experienced something, which in ufology usually includes extraneous factors like multiple or extraordinarily credible witnesses; or physical evidence left at the scene of something abnormal. On the other side, you have topics that defy conventional science or established beliefs. However, the accounts of the experiencers are not made invalid by the mistakes, or editing styles, of re-enactment or interview producers. It does however affect the quality of the documentary.

I live about 30 minutes West of Boise Idaho... Several years ago, it was me and buddy and his wife were deer hunting in the Challis National Forest. We were in the middle of nowhere... My tent was roughly 10 to 12 feet from my buddies tent... It was well into the night, probably around 3am, and I woke up and the inside of my tent was illuminated with this sky blue light. I hollered to my buddy and as soon as I did, the light was gone. I thought that my buddy was playing a trick on me by shining a flashlight or something at my tent. He and his wife were adamant that they didn't have anything to do with the light... They said that I woke them up when I hollered my friends name.... I have absolutely no idea what that light was that woke me up and made my tent light up blue. Still freaks me out!! We definitely are not alone!! 👽👽

Quite a scary encounter ! But believe it . I have had 3 sightings over the last 40 years ages 11, 37 , 54 . On the 3rd occasion I actually managed to film it on my phone . I was walking home from work as it was a lovely autumn day it was around 5:45 pm . It was completely silent a large disc that was moving quickly across the sky - it kept hiding behind clouds then came out again . My footage when zoomed in shows a spinning disc with lights around the bottom of it . I should probably send it to someone but don’t want all the fuss . I have shown it to a few people who have no explanation either as to what it is . I am fascinated by this phenomenon and make a point of always checking the skys now.

In the mid 80s while crossing the Stanley Basin, middle of the night, mid December, -20 deg, I stopped to rest. Turned off the car and got out, saw a huge triangle going west to east. Yes Michael, it does not make any sound. I've seen this triangular object on top of my rented apartment myself. Will you believe that the size of the damn UFO is as big as a football field or maybe twice the size since its above the clouds and its still unbelievably huge? It has three lights on each corner of the triangle and my wife who saw it first said that there is a bigger light in the middle. We are near the Manila International Airport and their radar did not pick it up because I heard no news of it the next day. Not many of my friends and family believe our story.

A thing can emit a mechanical sound, then become silent. A man can loose his voice, and still call out for his dog, albeit unsuccessfully. The comment about being silent is a notation connected to the previous statement: that to keep an object that size stationary in the air would require a vast amount of downward thrust using conventional technology, i.e. VTOL jet engines, or helicopter blades. Meaning that, in comparison, the object emitted no where near the amount of noise associated with those technologies, i.e. “silent”, i.e. not conventional technology. Also, keep in mind that any discrepancies related to props, or wildlife, is the result of a fictional reenactment of a factual account, not an actual video of the event. A recurve bow is all they had.
