Aussie here also. Yeah wild Kangaroos down here are definitely jumping Dwyane Johnson's. Was driving from Adelaide to Melbourne probably 15 years or so ago (about an 8-9 hour one way drive plus stops for food, petrol, and shitter) and pulled over in the outback (so basically desert with a hand full of trees on a surprisingly cool 28c day lol) to roll a.... cigarette yeah we'll go with that ;) Saw about 5 Kangaroos bounce past about 100 or so metres away in the dirt and I had to pause and look. Who I assumed is the Alpha of the bunch stopped and turned to me and just eye-balled be from a distance like if he was the Punisher. More than likely probably just assessing if I was a threat. I lit my....cigarette, put both hands out the window (I was seated in the driver's side with the door open for the breeze) and just waved. Showing my hands were empty. They know what guns are after all. The FKN MASSIVE CHESTED Kangaroo just turned to the others and started hopping again to catch up to his mates. After that I just chilled for a bit, started the car and kept driving again and saw them about 3 or so mins up the road. Thing with Roo's is their foot claws are like Raptor claws. They'll kick you hard and claw at the same time EVISCERATING you! But like most Aussie tough folks, they're just looking out for their own. Don't fk with them and they won't fk with you. So Biker rules basically.

They’re not just jacked. They have sharp claws on their hands and feet. They use their sharp hands to punch and clinch. When they kick, they kick to disembowel with both feet, using their tail as a support leg

And the dog was an akita too. There are tougher, stronger breeds out there like American Pitbulls, but akitas are not pushovers. It shows that kangaroos are not really the cuddly, harmless animals some think they are.

My mother had an Akita that she really loved. But when she got pregnant with me, he started getting aggressive with her. My Dad got rid of him asap

Either way, I don't blame your dad for getting rid of the dog if it started showing aggression towards his pregnant wife. Akitas are large and strong. They can do serious damage if they go on the attack. Better safe than sorry if one starts showing aggression towards a family member and find the dog somewhere else to live.

Kangaroos will lead predators to water. When the predator follows and realizes that the water is deeper than they expected the kangaroo will pounce on it, press its full body weight and drown it.

I've been to Australia while in the Military and EVERYTHING out there is tough!😂 The animals, the people, the reptiles, and the insects. A Domesticate dog can be scary, especially out there. The Men are Tall Af Like every dude atleast 6"2 and above,and the women are like 6'0. I had met this Chick she was from Perth was mixed. We hit it off. 6 months later she was out in LA where I'm from and she stayed with me for like 2 Weeks. No lie she could out drink, and smoke Everybody! None of us Americans could hang with her. She eating Habanero Wings like they're Barbecue wings licking her fingers and Ish😂 One day we eating PopCorn and all the popcorn gone. So she the throws all the seeds in her hand, and just start chewing them like were some Potato Chip Crumbs.😂

For those who don't know: Kangaroo used to deal with some nasty predators back in the day, which is why they're so jacked. The predator went extinct, but remember that these guys live in Australia, so they just be safe than sorry.

Oz dying again. Yeah, kangaroos are no joke. I didn't even realize how formidable they were until I started reading up on them when I was younger. To them being able to balance on their tails and just kick out with their powerful legs and if it isn't the kick that gets you it's the claws that will spill your guts. I see shows where they brought kangaroos on shows to box them just they've done with bears back in the past. But there was this one segment where a guy brought on a kangaroo and there was a guy who was wearing one of these mascot costumes. The kangaroo started getting frisky and jumped onto the man wearing the mascot costume. At first everyone was laughing but then they realized that the guy in the costume was in trouble. The kangaroo had the top portion of the head to the costume in a headlock. He wouldn't let go and the guy was trying to get away. That kangaroo had the head portion of the costume squeezed between those little arms of his. And right then and there I realized that they can do more than just kick you. But I knew that this was going to happen because I know that kangaroos can get antsy in a situation and this was one of them. And then we have the late Roger, a kangaroo that took the internet for being the most "jacked" roo you ever saw. I never would've imagined that they could become so "roided" out naturally. They look harmless, Aussies love them, but they when pushed they'll show you just how cute and harmless they really are.
