Man found shot to death, his body lying in a pile of trash, family says

A family is in mourning and demanding answers after a man was found shot and killed on the side of the road in the Memphis neighborhood of Orange Mound.
“I’m thinking in my mind Carlos is probably in jail in Mississippi or Bartlett. Just give it some time. I would have never expected the worst,” said Travis Coleman, a cousin of DeCarlos Sanders.
