Trauma is a perspective. His NDEs aloud him to alter his perspective in the direction that nothing here is really real, nor are we whom we think we are, from a limited physical point of view. Hopefully we can all realise this, when we are confronted with challenging situations aswell. Otherwise whats the point of it all , and we wil just remain the same. Our purpose is to evolve, and we evolve using information we deem necessary to form beleifs. I had and NDE experience when I was 15. I took and overdose of 64 Coproxamol and 84 Thyroxines. I was in the hospital and they were making me drink charcoal to get the meds up. I’d taken 8 hours previously. I was there dozing in and out of consciousness and fighting off the tube they wanted to put in my throat. Then I felt myself slipping backwards in my brain and body. I was sinking and ended up in this dark place. Everything was silent and I felt I was still laying on my back on a kind of cotton cloud almost. I felt so peaceful and I asked where I was and that I wanted to stay in this place. The voice came from a white light below my feet and told me that I couldn’t stay. I argued that I didn’t want to go back and that it was too painful to be in the world. I wanted to stay in the peace as I had never felt this peace in the world in my life. Then I asked ‘what is the point of it all anyway’ to which the voice gave me an answer which I cannot remember. I just remember saying ‘wow it’s so simple, why didn’t I realise this. I wouldve stopped struggling in life had I known this all along’. Then I felt this strong pull on my chest and was yanked back up into my body. I woke up in a busy emergency room with people around me and I started vomiting. I had a heavy pressure in my chest. I then slipped into a coma for 3 days and when I came out of it all I felt like a completely different person. I felt more mature and calm. It was like a different me came through. I wish I could remember what the voice told me about the purpose of everything. I crave to know that peace I felt that day. Thankfully my body was fine after the overdose and NDE and wasn’t harmed at all. After a week in the hospital I was released into the world and the world seemed very different.

The feeling I felt was sooo divine unable to express the feeling , like I Never felt...The Love was indescribable..again , I've never felt....tears rolling down my face..And my heart felt like it was peeling open inside of me... I’m curious why NDEs never seem to describe asking questions that I know I would be asking! “Why are we here?” “How many lives have I lived?” “Is reincarnation real?” I’d have a thousand questions ready to rattle off. They never seem to come back with any concrete answers around those questions, so the skeptic in me feels let down. It’s a lot of repeatable descriptors which we’ve all heard everywhere (emotions, blissful spaces, life review, etc.), but never anything unique in terms of real answers to difficult questions.

Yes. You have questions. However, you've missed the point. The issue is to put your ego aside and to stop wanting things. One of those things is wanting answers as if they will somehow give you a guarantee or prove you aren't wasting your time. You are a sceptic. That's you. It's not up to us to have to convince you. You aren't anymore special than anyone else. Note one thing. Similar experiences from multiple people independent from each other means what they describe is true. It is. I feel I've been put back here for the past sixty odd years. I suspect I deserved it as a sort of punishment or maybe to learn how to get it right for once. It’s a truth that should be known if we’re going to hear from NDE’s at all. There’s no way to know if any of this is true, skeptic or not. That’s just plain agnosticism, which is the only logical approach (since no one has the answers). And if NDEs have an “all knowing” in the 5D as another commenter mentioned, then clearly something is stopping them from remembering fully on purpose, or people just don’t find it important to explain the way the universe works? This literally has everything to do with all matter in the universe, it’s completely reasonable to expect to understand the workings of things if you’ve been to the other side and back. Yet none of these NDEs seem concerned with giving humans what they desperately need to ascend faster. Or if they do try to answer those questions, the whole memory is fuzzy and they can really only describe the emotion behind it. So it’s not helpful at all. Our creator needs to rethink his philosophy here, because not remembering details after coming out of the 5D is only helping contribute to humanity’s demise. We’ll kill each other off before we ascend, clearly the system is broken and not working. I suspect it’s bureaucratic like everything else, refusal to bend or change the rules based on new findings or improvements. Like for instance, “humanity isn’t going to save itself, maybe we should let people remember their past lives.” I have a feeling we’d have a lot less murderers and psychopaths running around, because they would realize there’s actually a purpose to existing. The problem with humanity today is that the majority of people do not believe in an afterlife or reincarnation, and I don’t see that changing quickly enough to save the planet.

Develop emotional literacy and strengthen the mind-body connection by saying aloud or in your head what’s going on for you emotionally, throughout the day. I also like to say what I’m doing physically to help bring me into my body throughout the day i.e. Walking, Eating, Doing the Dishes, etc. If this sensation had a voice, what would it say? I imagine 2 hands in my mind's eye surrounding the sensation... Allow the hands to be with the sensation whether it expands or moves... When you are activated, ask yourself: what does this relationship, situation, etc. mean about me? What do I get out of believing I have to be nice? Repeat what comes up for you without over-thinking it. I typically repeat what comes up several times to make it conscious. For instance, “I get to be seen as good, I get to be seen as good…” for being nice. Once we are deep in the work, we will see that the reason we believe we have to do/be anything in life is for love, safety, or approval. You are constantly being re-born, re-created, re-generated, every moment. No belief is contained, held, or stored anywhere. It might cause a cascade that brings a symptom... Breathing patterns somewhere in the body, but the concepts, thoughts, and stories are constantly being re-created... You are generating it ALL, and this is unconscious. When you ‘uproot’ repression and suppression, you unveil Flow. You CAN change in an instant. Every morning you wake up, your life story is re-constructed. Do I have to wake up believing reality is the way I believed it was yesterday? When breathing is restricted, get curious about what is holding it back, when it is open, get curious about why that is... You are the Artist. Awareness of something alone IS enough! It untangles itself, the knots let go of You. Choose Freedom. Take responsibility for your own suffering. 🧡🙌 I AM GROUNDED. I AM SAFE. I AM CONNECTED TO THE EARTH. I AM HEALTHY. It's less about suffering than growing pains. There's no impetus to change/grow if everything is wonderful and happy go lucky. And yet, even then, knowing that life involves some degree of hardship and struggle of necessity so that we can make our way through this life and grow as a result. The magic bullet is perspective. If you're present in the moment, there's usually a lesson to be learned from every situation, if not multiple lessons. The trick is perspective. As has been mentioned elsewhere, life happens 'for' you not 'to' you. Find the useful lesson or moment to bridge the gap, etc. and you'll start to see those trials and tribulations as opportunities for you to grow and help others grow, just by being loving and kind.

I even talk to that person's soul/God inside them within my mind when they are there or when I'm at home away from them. You could ask the God within them to help you love them and to ask God to love you. This has helped me at least.

Our body is just a temporary vehicle. The soul/conscious is energy and will never die. When this body die, the soul leaves. Only pure energy can return to the source, others will move on to the next life.

Loved it! After my SOBE, I see the world from a very different perspective. In my case, nowadays, most of the time, loving others can open a door to hurt myself (it doesn’t hurt me anymore) as the people around me, including my family are too too much into themselves in a non inclusive lifestyle. I’m not sure if I will see a more loving and cooperative world but I hope the next generation will. Thank you for sharing! ❤

​@alliswell794 I have had several. I have only told a few people that I thought would understand. I'm not sure they did, but it was more real than my everyday life. They're also known as Astral projections. I could feel everything in a heighten way. Colors were deeper. I could levitate or push off and fly around. I knew I was just on the otherside, but not far. One event I pulled out of my sleeping body from my bed and it felt like I had to pull myself out. Once free I walked around my bedroom in amazement. It was dark, and I could see colorful energy flowing through everything, even the walls. I walked up to my wooden desk and touched it and pushed my hand through the wood. I could feel it's substance as a very thick clay. I turned and looked at the wall that was black with beautiful streaming lights full of color running up the wall. Rows and rows of these beautiful streams that covered every inch everywhere. I pushed my hand through the wall and realized I could walk through it. I looked back and my body and was instantly back in my body and I was astonished. It was over. Each Out if Body has been different. Each on I felt the opportunity to leave my house, but didn't out of fear of the unknown. One I flew slowly through my home, but felt heavy. I had to think.....fly and push off an object or wall and I did and flew around my living room. Once I thought of my body I was back again. One I was hovering in my bedroom near the ceiling and I began to be tugged by my leg and was hanging almost upside down when I said "I'm not going anywhere", and I looked at my body and was back again. I'm not sure why I had them, why they have stopped, or that I ever truly went very far, but I know they're very real.

somewhat suprised that he became so self destructive in his behavior after his 1st NDE when he already KNEW that he was a spirit at his core and he is just wearing a physical body for a short time while here on Earth...I thought that would have "jump started" him into following a more spiritual life style and a healthy wholesome way of life..now that he KNEW the truth of his existence(95% of humanity doesn't have a clue of who/what they REALLY are!)

Thanks for sharing your story. It helps me to understand my own story, although i spread my knowledge about the path for years and years. I was so much times out of my body and at least about three days. When i get back it hurts so much. Thats 7 years ago and im still healing my body. Every day and night. I know how source is doing it. I also give a lot of healings to connect people with source energy. I learned a lot how to do it. Its a long way to go. Very long. Now i am on that place i have to hear other people about it. I cry my eyes out when im listening. So thankful for that. That im not the only one. ❤
