I highly appreciate the work done by Ngungi and Jimmy Kagoni towards Karitu and I would recommend that karitu to be treated like all the other colleagues working in that site without favouritism so as to make him understand he is not special than other since his experience from Smec has make him feel special and feels like life is on a silver plate, if allowed to go back home, all the consistence hard will be for nothing, let him work his body until izooe kazi.

Kagai is very positive with all he wants is to work. I don't know how you will continue helping Karitu his progress is very slow and you need to relook for another way of helping him.
