@Smankysheen i am not offended at all. And eating dogs doesn't mean those people also consume human flesh. There are certain dishes and delicacies which are enjoyed by the north indian population. Same way certain tribes have their own delicacies amongst the seven sisters of NE. You need to understand eating pork or beef simply doesn't make you an evil person. You have to see it in a broader perspective
