I wish this worked for us all.... Tried it for several years, but it made everything exponentially worse and pushed me to the brink of giving the pavement a kiss from the roof. Sometimes physical pain just isn't the right remedy for emotional pain. Sometimes all you get out of exercise is a back injury, a Crohn's scare, and humiliated every day for a year and a half because you sweat like a dam bursting and turn SO red people ask if you need medical help. Sister has the same thing, exercise landed her with a double hernia that ended her legal career literally overnight, and it took her YEARS to recover full range of motion. Thank FUCK I found cannabis, honestly. I'm insanely lucky I live in the Netherlands.

28:00 Feel compelled to say something about "gyms". I live in a very rural area. The closest "gym" is over an hours drive away. You don't need a gym to maintain your health. You just need to get outside in the sun and move. Take a long walk. Ride a bike. Help a neighbor bale some hay. Get your heart rate up for 30 minutes per day minimum. You don't need a weight set to lift. Go find a sturdy stick in the woods and some cinder blocks. Basically free. There's a reason why farmers, loggers and other country types are fit as F. Their environment is their gym and they don't sit on their @sses. Ever.

It's hard to lose weight and get in shape because most humans hate seeing anyone else make progress towards a goal that might make them better than themselves. I lost about 200 pounds many years ago. There were a few people that were positive and cheered me on but most people will straight up be rude or ask if you've been sick or constantly trying to get you to eat more by offering food to you all the time. I wish people would be more friendly to those trying to better themselves.

When i was a teenager, they gave us a card in school to call if we ever needed "help" or had "thoughts of self harm." One day, I was considering running away as my world was falling apart around me, and I called the number. Some ghetto women answered and when I told her what was going on and what I needed she just said "Annnnnnnd?" I hung up. Never tried the number again. That was 17 years ago.

What scares me is that these "doctors" supposed to tell us what we don't know about health. But how can you trust them now? Where will I get my medical help from someone who is not crazy?

That "Fat Doctor" doesn't know jack. A couple years ago I started taking my health more seriously, and all I did was cut out the obvious crap, space out my meals by at least 4 hours, and walk a mile or so 3-5 times a week. That's it, that's all I did, and to be honest I haven't been super religious on that effort. I've lost 30 pounds, and I have consistently not only kept that weight off, I'm still slowly losing weight. I honestly want to know if this so-called doctor actually went to school for nutritionism or even has a medical degree/license.

The thing is that, in that survival show, they ALL had someone teaching them the basics, it's not like they were to the island like rookies 🤣😂 it was amazing to watch!

I love how you out your videos together. They are too funny. I'm glad my son found a cool & real dude online. I've been around men who don't even mess with women who throw themselves at them. They see those women as red flags anyway. Its not hard to please yourself or God really. Once you have the right perspective.
