My ex found that out the hard way, then in a round about way because he was involving my son in without my knowledge I'm a relationship with someone that I didn't know and went on vacation with her and my son, I knew about the vacation for my son which I agreed to but not about him staying in a hotel room with her and my son and they were not even in a relationship. The only way she would have grounds to cheat would be if she actually did not cheat and from what it looks like in the video she ain’t once say the words “No I did not”. So defamation is out the window if it’s true. Also to prove defamation you also have to prove legit damages to your business etc. MONETARILY or loss of opportunity something tangible not just hurt feelings lmao. The only thing she can probably pull depending on wherrrrre they live is the filming because some states are not 2 party consent. Meaning you can’t just record someone without their consent some states like where I live NJ, fair game. Yall can look all of this up this is why people lose these types of cases regularly lmao.
