I had to switch on the Traction control & shift to rain mode on my computer chair while viewing this Vlog. :) :) Superb ride. You took me back to last week rain in Bengaluru + potholes. :)

Haha, I hope you also did knee down on your chair :D I miss the Blore roads in rain and the shitty shitty traffic because of it :P

That's some dedication boy...On a rainy day like that you'd not get me on my bike let alone on a track..power to you..
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate! I too dont prefer to ride in such conditions if avoidable :) but on a paid trackday, I wanted to see how well I could do.
@FaridKhan-mj1mq7 жыл бұрын
Good lord! You seriously have some guts to push the S1K to that speeds in that weather. I was cringing in my chair while watching this. And that inline 4 Melody 😍 Love the title 😉
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Hehe, the tyres were giving good feedback so I mightve been a bit overconfident :P but was it thrilling! I knew you would love the title #BaronFan! But its not going to the make the video any popular though :)
@CubanRider7 жыл бұрын
That's what I like about the S21s, they can be pushed at the track when dry, but they will make a great street tire even when conditions worsen. You must remind me of your Zoom H1 settings; I need to put mine to work during the next track day, the sound was flawless here.
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Exactly why I replaced the S21 with S21 itself! But most people in intermediate and expert group had spare set of rain tires and they had crazy low laptimes in those conditions. I wonder how good those tires must feel :) You dont need Zoom :) your current audio is pretty good actually. The settings are, WAV 24bit, 48khz Auto level OFF Lo cut OFF (but ON shouldnt degrade) Level - 12 (Since your exhaust is louder, you might have to reduce it to avoid higher revs sounding bad). I then edit the audio by applying appropriate gains and add an equivalent of lo cut.

I just had my 1st trackday at Mettet with my s1000r, great weather but last sessions was also raining hard. Did you go full throttle on the straight? i managed to get to 220km/h on the start lines
@ScooterwolfsMotovlog7 жыл бұрын
Pretty crazy. I wonder if that was a unique experience as I'd image a lot or riders won't risk a rainy track, especially if their tires aren't up to the job.
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Yeah mate, in my other video of Mettet, which was the last session of the day, you will see only 2 other riders on track with me! :) It also dried up a bit but most had left for the day by then because of constant rains so it was really a unique experience.
@ScooterwolfsMotovlog7 жыл бұрын
Even better that you have it on video. Ride safe.
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Yes I am glad I recorded all sessions! Thanks mate, you too!

Hehe, speed in peace \m/ And thanks man, the Bridgestone S21s were doing their job well.
@shreedevi20057 жыл бұрын
Did you experience any wheel spin at all? You were really smooth on the throttle.
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Nope, CodeNameABK is that smooth with throttle :P 😂 At 2:51 it mightve been a mini powerslide but cant really tell as traction control didnt kick in as per video.
@shreedevi20057 жыл бұрын
CodeNameABK. you will soon get some criticism on your track riding technique from some Indian kid whose only experience is riding a honda activa scooter 😂😂😂
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Hehe, will you let it go :P

haha...depends on how strong their criticism is 😂

with my z1k? i think it wont be as fun as a racer... and for now I only have the z1k, wich i ame not willing to risk for a trackday... its my only transport :/
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Yes of course, there are always several z800, z750 in all my trackdays :) Yeah I can understand your concern but as I know, most crashes happen at advanced/expert level who are pushing theirs and the bike's limits. First timers in Rookies/Level 1 it is usually safe and fun :) Safer than riding in traffic filled with phone users :P
